Hartecor is rooted from its sub-divisions of Glitch Inc. and Jammen Promotainment. Glitch Inc. was formed by Arvie Lowe, Jr. and Terence Washington with a purpose of being a production company selling scripts and video/music production. While Glitch had already become a well-trusted company among professionals in the entertainment industry, on the other side of town Jammen Promotainment was born. Jameela Hammond and Connie Mendoza came together to form their company finding work in public relations and promotion. With the combined experience these individuals have, Hartecor will merge the strengths of both companies under its umbrella.
